These challenges are simple yet effective and will be relevant to you regardless of what your overall health goals are.

You may have set goals in the past to lose weight, cut out sugar, or be healthy in general. As great as it is to set goals, it can be demotivating when you don’t achieve them. The Healthy Habits Community is primarily based on a specific Monthly Challenge. The great thing is, no matter what your overall goal for health and wellbeing is, these monthly challenges will help you get there.

You may pin, bookmark, and save hundreds of recipes to try but never actually get around to trying them! Receive 1 recipe a week that is simple to make and healthy. You will have one week to gather the ingredients and make the recipe.
3. Nazima's Nutrition Tips
Receive weekly nutrition information to help you better understand various aspects of healthy eating. Each nutrition tip will be related to the Monthly Healthy Living Goal.
4. Expert Advice from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
This will be your chance to ask any healthy eating questions you may have. This is your opportunity to ask general healthy eating questions, questions relating to the monthly health goal, or join in and listen to questions from other members. Videos will be streamed live every third Wednesday of the month at 7pm EST.
Note: Videos will be recorded. If you can’t make it live, submit your questions ahead of time.
5. Support and Motivation: Access to a Private Support Group on Facebook
A huge component of changing your lifestyle is having adequate support and motivation. You will have access to a private support group on Facebook, open only to Healthy Habits Community members! Share your experiences, challenges, and accomplishments with other members.
